1. Purpose of the Policy

1.1. This Content & Moderation Policy (“Policy”) governs the placement, storage, publication, and sale of access to any user-generated content (“Content”) on the LeadFilter™ platform.

1.2.Context: Since VIGO ONLINE GROUP acts as the Merchant of Record (MoR) for sales made via the platform, we bear financial and reputational risks associated with the content we sell. Therefore, strictly adhering to this Policy is a condition for receiving Payouts.

1.3. This Policy applies to all Partners (Creators) and defines the grounds for content removal, account suspension, and withholding of funds.

2. What Constitutes “Content”

“Content” includes all materials uploaded or configured by the Partner on leadfilter.ca, including but not limited to:

  • Texts of quizzes, questions, and answer options;
  • Images, logos, videos, and files (PDFs, guides);
  • Automated results, recommendations, and generated reports;
  • Product descriptions and “Thank You” page messages;
  • Any claims or promises made to the End-User (Lead).

3. Partner Responsibility (The Creator)

3.1. While VIGO handles the payment processing, the Partner bears full and sole responsibility for the substance, legality, and accuracy of their Content.

3.2. By publishing a Quiz, the Partner warrants that the Content:

  • Is Original: Owned by the Partner or used with explicit permission from the rights holder.
  • Is Lawful: Complies with the laws of Canada, USA, EU, and the jurisdiction of the target audience.
  • Is Accurate: Does not contain false, misleading, or deceptive claims.
  • Is Safe: Does not contain malicious code or phishing links.

4. Prohibited Content (Zero Tolerance)

To protect our standing with Stripe and global banking partners, strictly prohibited content includes:

4.1. Illegal & Regulated Activities:

  • Fraud, pyramid schemes, “get rich quick” schemes.
  • Unlicensed financial, investment, or legal advice.
  • Sale of regulated goods (weapons, drugs, alcohol, tobacco).

4.2. Misleading Claims (High Risk for Chargebacks):

  • Promises of “guaranteed” results (e.g., “Guaranteed immigration,” “Cure for diabetes,” “Earn $10k/month”).
  • Impersonation of government agencies (e.g., using official logos of the IRS, CRA, or border agencies).
  • Hiding the true cost of the service.

4.3. Offensive & Harmful Material:

  • Hate speech, discrimination, incitement to violence.
  • Pornography or sexually explicit content.
  • Harassment or doxxing.

5. VIGO’s Right to Moderate

5.1. Absolute Discretion.

As the Merchant of Record, VIGO ONLINE GROUP reserves the right to review, hide, block, or delete any Content at any time, without prior notice, if we believe it violates this Policy or poses a risk to the Company.

5.2. Grounds for Action.

We may take action based on:

  • Automated scanning triggers (anti-fraud algorithms).
  • Complaints from End-Users (Leads).

  • Temporary or permanent suspension of the Partner’s account.
  • Forfeiture of Payouts associated with the prohibited content (to cover potential refunds and fines).

6. Content License for MoR Operations

6.1. To enable VIGO to sell access to the Content, the Partner grants VIGO a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

  • Host, reproduce, and display the Content on the Platform.
  • Distribute the Content to Purchasers (Leads) upon successful payment.
  • Scan the Content using automated tools for fraud detection and moderation purposes.

6.2. VIGO does not claim ownership of the Partner’s intellectual property, only the right to monetize it as agreed in the Terms of Service.

7. Company Access to Data

7.1. Automated Processing.

VIGO uses automated systems to analyze Content for keywords associated with high-risk industries (e.g., “crypto,” “casino,” “guarantee”).

7.2. Human Review.

VIGO support staff may access and review specific Quizzes and associated Lead data ONLY for the purposes of:

  • Investigating a reported violation.
  • Resolving a technical support ticket initiated by the Partner.
  • Verifying compliance before approving a payout.

8. Complaint Handling Procedure

8.1. If VIGO receives a complaint regarding a Partner’s content (e.g., a Lead claims they were scammed):

  1. We will temporarily suspend the specific Quiz.
  2. We will investigate the claim and request evidence from the Partner.
  3. If the Content is found to be misleading, we will issue refunds to affected Leads at the Partner’s expense (deducted from Payouts).

8.2.DMCA: Copyright infringement claims are handled according to our Intellectual Property Policy.

9. Indemnification

The Partner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless VIGO ONLINE GROUP from any fines, damages, legal fees, or third-party claims arising from the Partner’s Content. If VIGO is fined by Stripe due to a Partner’s violation of this policy, the Partner is liable for the full amount.
